We recommend that our guests take out insurance against possible cancellation charges which may be due to the following. In cases of "No Shows" or cancellations within 28 days of arrival during the winter (excluding Christmas), and within 14 days of arrival during the summer, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed. Between 15 December 2009 and 05 January 2010 a charge of 7 nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs, the full charge is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the booking, there will be no charge
Children under 12 years cannot be accommodated during the period 15 January – 15 March.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed in the restaurant or lounge after 7.00 p.m.
Children under 16 years cannot occupy a room alone. (Not applicable to communicating rooms.)
