Booking Conditions:
Three(3) nights deposit is required to confirm bookings.
Cancellation/No Show-Cancellations must be received 7 days in advance of arrival in the summer and 14 days in the winter.Cancellations received within these arrival periods will incur a penalty of 3 room nights.No shows will be deemed cancellations.
The rate is inclusive of breakfast for two adults.Children under 12yrs accompanied by two adults are entitled to breakfast at US$5 per day.
