Booking Conditions:
There is a minimum stay requirement of 14 nights between 20 December 2006 and 5th January 2007 with no arrivals between 25 December 2006 and 02 January 2007. There are also 7 night minimum stays for the following periods: 20 - 27 November 2006, 01 February - 30 April 2007 and 19 - 26 November 2007.

In cases of ‘No Shows’ or cancellations within 28 days of arrival during the winter (excluding Christmas), and within 14 days of arrival during the summer, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed. Between 15 December 2006 and 10 January 2007 a charge of 7 nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs, the full charge is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the booking, there will be no charge.

Children under 16 years cannot occupy a room alone. This does not apply to communicating rooms. Children under 12 years cannot be accommodated between 15 January and 15 March.
