Booking Conditions:
A three night deposit per week is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations received within 21 days of arrival for period Dec. 21 - Apr. 18, and within 14 days of arrival for period Apr. 19 - December 20.

The full deposit is forfeited in the case of no-shows and early checkouts.

There is a MANDATORY Christmas/New Years Supplement of US$40.00 per room, per night from December 23 - January 2.
