Much of this hotel’s charm and style are attributed to Wayne and Karen Capaldi who run it with meticulous attention to detail without sacrificing the relaxed manner of the Caribbean. Booking Conditions:
There is a minimum stay requirement of 14 nights between 19 December 2010 and 4th January 2011 with no arrivals between 25 December 2010 and 02 January 2011. There are also 7 night minimum stays for the following periods: 1 - 7 April 2010, 22 - 29 November 2010 and 01 - 28 February 2011.
In cases of ‘No Shows’ or cancellations within 28 days of arrival during the winter (excluding Christmas), and within 14 days of arrival during the summer, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed. Between 19 December 2010 and 4 January 2011 a charge of 7 nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs, the full charge is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the booking, there will be no charge.
Children under 16 years cannot occupy a room alone. This does not apply to communicating rooms. Children under 12 years cannot be accommodated between 15 January and 15 March.
